The Orderer extends the deadline for submission of offers for assessing and evaluating the training needs (TNA) of the officials of the central administration in Ukraine for the purpose of a project “Natolin4CB-II” financed by the European Union, in accordance with the documentation provided.
The current deadline for submission of offers is 11 November 2025.
Announcement (10.12.2025):
As a result of the conducted call for proposals for assessing and evaluating the training needs (TNA) of the officials of the central administration in Ukraine for the purpose of the “Natolin4CB-II” project, financed by the European Union, the Orderer has selected the Contractor, namely: Equinox Advisory Ltd., Malta.
The Orderer will be in further contact with the Contractor in order to agree upon the contract signing details.

An answer to a question posed by a potential Offerer:
On 05 November the Orderer received the following question from one of potential bidders, asking “whether the 18,000 EUR budget is a hard limit or just an indication”.
The Orderer’s answer: the 18.000 € is the estimated budget for the execution of the subject matter of this order.
